Espaitec Project Jaume I University in Castellón

In January 2012, we completed the green roof and vertical gardens for a new building in the Science, Technology and Business Park of Jaume I University in Castellón. The Espaitec II building is home to the Centre for the Exchange of Knowledge and Innovation.

The pictures show the large green roofs, vertical gardens on the façade, and our gardeners at work.

This trend in gardening is getting increasingly more popular in Spain. It is not only aesthetically attractive but also fulfils vital functions for the building and the environment.
